There was a horrible smell in the room, made me question cleanliness. I almost considered writing a decent review, but the absence of a welcome gift was the real cherry on top of this disaster.

The location is magnificent and nice, 3 km from Festival Theatre. The units are neat, bright with a very comfortable bed, a lovely view, for example.

My room was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. The morning coffee and muffins were a lovely touch.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. Truly enjoyed the room with fridge, my bed was extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Stratford Festival Theatre...

The outdoor pool looked inviting but was not usable!!! The room key mix-up upon arrival was alarming!!! More attention to providing adequate towels and cups is essential!!! A coffee maker would be a welcome addition for early risers!!!

The entire staff was attentive and efficient. This was a comfortable and excellent location next to Stratford for one more night, restaurants, Tim Hortons, shopping, and outskirts of Stratford. Also, it was within 5 minutes by car from Festival Theatre.

    tv confusion
    lacking instructions

Oh man, the culinary scene nearby is a feast for the senses! We stumbled across some killer cured meats at a local deli that are totally worth the trip. The room was also clean and surprisingly spacious.

Figuring out the TV was a bit of a puzzle-only three channels came through, and we couldn't find the right remote.

    clean room
    comfortable pillows
    helpful staff
    tv confusion

Enjoyed the clean, updated room with crisp sheets and comfortable pillows. The early 1:30 PM check-in was perfect for squeezing in additional shopping before the evening events. The mini fridge was useful, but it missed a coffee maker-would've loved having coffee in the room. The staff was accommodating. They made coffee in the morning and promptly fixed the TV when it wasn't working correctly. The view from our room was a peaceful corn field, and the patio outside was a nice touch. The pool was inviting but I didn't get the chance to use it due to the weather. A minor issue was figuring out the TV. It was tricky to access channels without clear instructions.

nice stay , but some improvements needed

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was very well kept. I enjoyed the vintage vibes throughout the space , and the salt water pool was like a hidden treasure. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

While the overall experience was positive, the amenities could use some updating.

    occupied room
    closed pool

The staff was friendly and accommodating .

We experienced a major issue upon check-in when given the key to an occupied room, alarming and disorganized. The follow-up was satisfactory, but it highlighted a lack of proper procedures. I was frustrated that the pool wasn't open despite the warm weather, missing out on a refreshing swim was disappointing.
